*Wedding service at a church, restaurant or catering hall— $300+

Cocktail hour at a catering hall — $300+

*Wedding package—service and one hour of music for cocktails — $400+ (same location)

 

Private party or small wedding reception at a restaurant or catering hall—2 hours $350

 

Funeral, prayer or memorial service, funeral home visitations — 2 hours $350.

 

One rehearsal and a concert with a Symphony orchestra —$250

 

Chamber music, flute & harp duo available—prices vary

*Special requests may be at  an additional charge and require several weeks of advance notice. Every effort will be made to fulfill requests whenever possible, however, not  all music sounds good on the harp.

Harp music is appropriate for most any occasion. Susan Mann has performed numerous weddings,  cocktail hours, anniversary dinners, for the annual Holiday Tour at the Vanderbilt Manor in Centerport and at funerals and wakes. She can often be found in the pit at Long Island musicals and on stage with regional Long Island Symphonies. Susan has been performing professionally for over 20 years.

 

Hiring a harpist is more expensive than other instruments. Prices start at $250. The average price for an event is between $250-350. That price includes cartage.  Because of the nature of the instrument,  harpists need to arrive early to set up and must tune the harp to the ambient temperature. Often they are the last to leave as well.  Maintaining a harp in excellent playing condition is costly.

Light classical music brings a sense of elegance and makes any event more special.  Every occasion is treated with the upmost care. Unlike some musicians, Susan Mann never double books!
